What We Found

The Situation

When we arrived at this Coatesville home, we found that the sump pump had overflowed after the power went out. Water had spread across the basement floor and soaked into the bottom of the drywall along multiple walls. We could see moisture staining on the concrete near the sump pump area, and a dimple board waterproofing membrane was already in place along parts of the wall. We placed a HEPA air scrubber near the basement door and laid blue floor protection over the stairs to keep the rest of the home clean during the job.
